Luxury Vinyl (LVP/LVT)
Luxury vinyl offers the look of hardwood or stone with enhanced durability and water resistance. It’s an ideal choice for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and busy households that need performance without sacrificing style.
Carpet
We offer the largest carpet selection in Southwest Virginia, with options ranging from plush and textured to patterned and loop styles. Carpet provides warmth, comfort, and sound reduction—perfect for bedrooms and living spaces.
Hardwood
Hardwood delivers timeless beauty and long-term value. Choose from a wide variety of species, finishes, and plank widths, professionally installed for lasting performance.
Tile
Tile is a durable and versatile option for moisture-prone areas. Available in ceramic and porcelain styles, tile brings both strength and refined design to kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways.
Area Rugs (Custom & Pre-Made)
Complete your space with a custom-bound or pre-made area rug. Rugs add comfort, define open layouts, and protect hard surface flooring.

TESTIMONIALS
Hear What Floored Customers Are Saying
Katie Edson
Excellent work and customer service. I used Floored to change the carpet in my elderly parents new house to LVP and they did a great job. They handled the FREQUENT customer service needs from my parents, including last minute changes, with total grace and professionalism. And the workmanship of the install was excellent. I actually like the LVP better than the existing hardwood in the rest of the house. I would definitely use them again for any flooring needs.

Floored LLC did a beautiful job installing luxury vinyl planking in our townhouse. Very punctual, great attention to detail, and beautiful finished job. Would highly recommend and would definitely work with this company again.
Linda Childress
I went to them to replace all the flooring in my home and tile for a bathroom Reno. We have had some hiccups with the contractor that has caused me some serious anxiety. Frank and his team have been fantastic. They are quick to respond to calls or emails and reliable. Frank spent a lot of time helping me pick out the colors and layout and is a pretty good therapist too! 🫣
Whitney Ratcliffe
We had a great experience with Floored. Josh was super helpful in us choosing the floor we wanted (we did two different laminates and carpet). He came to measure and ordering was seamless. We had the carpet installed and they were fast and efficient! Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!
